Cartoning

Carton forming machines derive their name from an ability to produce all the most common package formats for end-of-line systems: corrugate and paperboard cartons and trays. Labeling

A technique, which is often required in motion control applications, is referencing. This technique can be used in one of two ways: to provide a zero position signal for "homing" and also to ensure correct position synchronisation to objects whose positions vary.

Leaflet Attachment

A prosthetic heart valve including a frame having a plurality of commissure supports, a plurality of resilient supports, and a plurality of valve leaflets. The valve leaflets are attached to the resilient supports, and the resilient supports lie radially outwardly of the commissure supports, respectively.

Tray Formation

Our trays are handcrafted at a family-run factory situated on an island off the coast of Sweden. Layers of birch wood veneer are hand-pressed, trimmed to the shape of the tray and then lacquered to provide a hard-wearing finish.

Cap Attachment

Vesuvius recently developed a patented and environmentally friendly Smartly Driven end cap attachment method for fused silica tempering rollers, according to a company release. To be promoted in Atlanta, the innovation allows for higher temperature use, up to 350 degrees Celsius (662 degrees Fahrenheit), versus 150°C (302° F) for adhesive-based attachment methods. Other featured products will include Zyafoam, a low-density fused silica body with low thermal conductivity, and other related refractory components. Booth 1923.
